0105 (2) On April 19, 2021 four staff were found without cleared background checks. M. Jason background expired Jan. 26, 2021 was resubmitted on 4.13.21 and cleared on 4.25.21. Worked 3 months without a cleared background. H. Jason background expired on April 9, 2020 was resubmitted on 4.13.2021 and cleared on 4.26.21. Worked 12 months without a cleared background. C.Oteng hired in August 2020 and background wasn't submitted and cleared until April 27, 2021. Worked 8 months without a cleared backgrcound. A. Grayson background expired Jan. 31, 2020. Backgroud was resubmited on April 21, 2021 and is still pending fingerprints on May 12, 2021. 0105 (3) staff C. Oteng was hired August 2020 and there is no proof of TB in staff file.
